Our Principal

Johnathan C.A. Stonebraker

Johnathan Stonebraker is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, who practises law as a solicitor.

Johnathan has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and business law agreements, rural and agribusiness law, commercial litigation matters in the Supreme Court of NSW, the NSW Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Australia, as well as property and conveyancing matters, and preparing wills.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (with Honours),
    The University of New South Wales,
    Sydney NSW Australia

  • Bachelor of Arts in Religion and History,
    Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida USA

  • Associate of Science in Agriculture (with Honours),
    Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Tifton, Georgia USA

Born in Kissimmee, Florida, Johnathan now lives in the Hawkesbury with his wife and three children.

Having grown up in a family-owned and operated small business, Johnathan is passionate about providing quality and affordable legal advice and services to business of all sizes from small and medium sized businesses to large complex corporate groups.
